The Government of Pakistan has launched a nationwide up-skilling program AI Seekho 2026, Radio Pakistan has reported.

The programme seeks to connect participants with National Incubation Centers, Pakistan Startup Fund and global platforms, providing them with economic opportunities.

Pakistan has made artificial intelligence a central priority and has developed its first National AI Policy, Minister for Information Technology Shaza Fatima said.

She remarked the government aims to train one million youth in AI, particularly including non-technical individuals.

She said that under AI Seekho, the Ministry of IT, with Google’s support, has set a target to upskill over one hundred thousand developers.
