PIA bans use of social media for its employees

Pakistan International Airline’s (PIA) General Manager Compensation banned the use of social media for the employees of the company, reported Express News.

According to the issued notification, employees will not be able to use WhatsApp, Facebook, and Twitter along with other social media websites. Employees are threatened of strict action is ban is violated.

PIA’s sources said that the reason of ban from General Manager Compensation is to keep matters related to incompetence and corruption hidden from the public.
