People in Islamabad suffered from yet another round of network shutdown in connection with full dress rehearsal of Pakistan Day Parade. The practice of network shutdowns as a security measure was recently declared illegal and disproportionate response to security by Justice Athar Minallah on the Islamabad High Court. The shutdown today happened after a larger bench of IHC stayed the original discussion.
