Munqata: A Poem About Digital Access in Pakistan

Gilgit-Baltistan has always faced a serious lack of internet access, and consequently, a limited or nonexistent ability to accrue and disseminate information online. Zeeshan Ahmed, a resident of the area, wrote and recited a poem about this long-standing issue, stressing on the necessity of digital access.

Zeeshan Ahmed is a student of Shariah and Law at International Islamic University Islamabad. He is affiliated with the Progressive Student Federation Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
